Alpha Resources Now Offers Borate Flux Options

Alpha Resources LLC, a leading aftermarket manufacturer of consumables and reference materials, has expanded its product offerings to include borate flux options. These fluxes are essential for optimizing sample solubility and fluidity in XRF, ICP, and AA analysis, resulting in accelerated dissolution, better pouring, reduced sticking, and fewer bubbles.

Alpha’s new flux line is available in powder or bead form with two purity grades: pure (99.98+%) and ultra-pure (99.995+%). Customers can choose from a variety of chemical compositions, including lithium metaborate with lithium bromide, lithium iodide, and lithium tetraborate. Additionally, the fluxes are offered with or without integrated non-wetting agents (NWAs).

These high-quality, stable fluxes are non-hygroscopic, dust-free, and compatible with automated dispensing balances like Malvern Panalytical’s LeDoser and LeDoser-12.
